Cherry Cherry Lady
Irresistibly good gin coctail which get’s it’s unique character from our fantastic cherry gin and fresh lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Junimperium Blended Dry Gin
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- Egg white / aquafaba
- Dehydrated cherry bites
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the shaker.
- Shake until egg white becomes foamy.
- Add ice to the shaker. Shake a little bit to make the cocktail cold.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe-glass.
- Garnish with dehydrated cherries.
