Gin Sour

Classic gin cocktail that dates back to the beginning of 20th century Prohibition.


  • 40 ml Junimperium Blended Dry Gin
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml sugar syrup
  • Egg white


  • Combine the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in half ice-filled cocktail shaker.
  • Shake well.
  • Strain into a chilled fizz glass.

Blended Dry Gin

A rich, citrusy and slightly peppery gin with a strong juniper flavour.
