Gin, black currant liqueur, fresh lemon juice, soda and a touch of sugar syrup – Gina Turner is a irresistible summer cocktail.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Junimperium Blended Dry Gin
- 20 ml Creme de Cassis black currant liqueur
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- Soda water
- Twig of mint
- Dewberry
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass with ice and add the ingredients to slowly mix with a long bar spoon.
- Pour over with soda water.
- Finally garnish with twig of mint and a dewberry.
