Ginny the Pooh
Our version of a well known gin cocktail Bees Knees, where our Blended Dry Gin is mixed with honey-mandarin cordial.
Honey-mandarin cordial: Mix 100 ml of freshly squeezed mandarin juice, 50 ml running honey and 10 ml lemon juice. Let it stay overnight in the refrigerator. Before use mix with mixer till slightly foamy.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Junimperium Blended Dry Gin
- 40 ml honey-mandarin cordial
Instructions
- Combine both ingredients in half ice-filled mixing glass.
- Strain into a pre-chilled small martini glass.
