Rhubarb Collins
Rhubarb gin, fresh lemon juice, soda and a touch of rhubarb cordial – Rhubarb Collins is a refreshing and exciting gin cocktail.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Junimperium Rhubarb Edition Gin
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml rhubarb cordial
- Soda water
Instructions
- Fill a high ball glass with ice.
- Combine all ingredients except soda water in a half ice-filled cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Pour into an ice filled glass, add the soda water.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon.
