Rhubarbra Streisand
Irresistible gin cocktail which gets its unique character from our Rhubarb Edition Gin and homemade aromatic rhubarb-ginger syrup.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Junimperium Rhubarb Edition Gin
- 20 ml Triple sec
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml rhubarb-ginger syrup
- Egg white/aquafaba
- Dehydrated rhubarb bites
Instructions
- Add the gin, Triple Sec, lemon juice, syrup and egg white into the shaker.
- Shake until egg white becomes frothy.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake until the mix cools down.
- Poor the mix into a coupe glass and garnish with dehydrated rhubarb bites.
