Tom Collins
Gin, fresh lemon juice, soda and a touch of sugar syrup – Tom Collins is always a refreshing gin cocktail.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Junimperium Blended Dry Gin
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- Soda water
Instructions
- Fill a high ball glass with ice.
- Combine all ingredients except soda water in half ice-filled cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Pour into a ice filled glass.
- Pour over the soda water.
- Finally add a slice of lemon.
