Sloe Sour
Our version of the classic gin cocktail that dates back to the beginning of 20th century Prohibition times. With our Sloe Gin.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Junimperium Sloe Gin
- 35 ml mandarine juice
- 25 ml Amaro di Angostura
- 20 ml Campari
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- Egg white
- Dehydrated orange
Instructions
- Combine the gin and the other ingredients to coctail shaker.
- Dry shake for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Add some ice and shake for another 10 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
