Sloegroni
Our version of a classic Negroni with our Sloe Gin, where the flavour nuance is added by port wine, not by vermouth.
Ingredients
- 25 ml Junimperium Sloe Gin
- 25 ml Campari
- 35 ml Graham port wine
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitter
- 2-3 dewberries
Instructions
- Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice cubes or with one big ice cube.
- Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add all the ingredients to the glass and stir 20-25 times.
- Strain everything into an ice-filled glass.
- Add the bitter.
- Put dewberries on a cocktail stick and place over the cocktail.
