Sloe’n’Easy
Sloe Gin, Campari, vermouth and Ginger Ale – Sloe’n’Easy is a irresistible winter cocktail.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Junimperium Sloe Gin
- 20 ml Campari
- 20 ml premium vermouth
- Ginger Ale
- A twig of rosemary
- 3-4 juniper berries
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass with ice and add sloe gin, vermouth and Campari.
- Top up with Ginger Ale to slowly mix with a long bar spoon.
- Finally garnish with twig of rosemary and juniper berries.
