Champagne or sparkling wine gives always a festive touch to gin cocktail. Our Summer Edition gin gives this well-known classic a new, fresh twist.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Junimperium Summer Edition Gin
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- Sparkling wine or champagne
Instructions
- Combine the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in half ice-filled cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a champagne flute or coupe glass.
- Top with chilled sparkling wine or champagne.
