Champagne or sparkling wine always gives a festive touch to a gin cocktail. Our Winter Edition gin gives this well-known classic a new twist.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Junimperium Winter Edition Gin
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- Sparkling wine or champagne
Instructions
- Combine the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a half ice-filled cocktail shaker.
- Shake well and strain into a champagne flute or coupe glass.
- Top with chilled sparkling wine or champagne.
